The receptionist was friendly. The updated room was clean. Staff accommodated every request. The hotel provides spacious rooms. The beds are very comfortable.
The walls seem thin. Noise from adjacent rooms carries easily. This affected my stay negatively, even though other aspects were satisfactory.

convenient location cardio machines nice city view
I found the location quite convenient. Grand Central Terminal was a short walk away. The fitness center had several cardio machines, a selection of free weights and weight machines. My room, a Classic King Room, was well kept and it had a nice city view from the higher floor (that's always a plus!).

fantastic midtown experience!
clean room friendly staff quiet room spacious guestroom
The lobby bar was great for a late-night drink after dinner, offering tasty food. my room was super clean with updated features, and the hallways looked super clean. the staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i appreciated the spacious guestroom. It was surprisingly quiet, despite its central location.
the pillows were not very comfortable. i wish there were more options available.

major attractions on site coffee
The location have me quick access to major attractions. I found the room spacious and clean. I did enjoy the on site coffee shop very much, a perfect way to start each day.
I have to say, the bell service was not available at noon, and I did expect a bit more assistance with baggage.

the lobby was beautiful. my room was clean and large enough for me and my daughter. the hotel location was walking distance from great restaurants and sites such as grand central station!!!
